• Sergi has a degree in law from the University of Barcelona (1989).
• He has been a practicing solicitor since 1989.
• He holds a doctorate in civil law from the University of Barcelona (2001) with the thesis “Concerning the unconstitutionality of Spanish Urban Leasing Legislation”.
• He is registered professionally as a property administrator but is non-practicing. He is actively involved with many estate agents as a legal advisor.
• He is also the president of the Catalan Association of Property Owners, an association which brings together owners of urban properties intended for rental both as housing and as business premises.
• In his professional career he has specialized in civil and mercantile law, focusing especially on urban rentals, horizontal ownership, and property law.

Teaching Experience

• Since 1989 he has taught Law in the Superior School of Public Relations at the University of Barcelona.
  He has been an associate teacher in the Department of Civil Law at the Law Faculty of the University of Barcelona and various other law schools.

Marion has a degree in law from the University of Barcelona (1991).

In 1994 she obtained the title of Magistra Legum and Doctor of Law from the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster in Germany.

Since 1994 she has been a practicing solicitor and is registered in the Barcelona Bar Association.
She started her training in mediation in 2003 and is registered as a mediator in the Register of Mediators of the Private Law Mediation Center of Catalonia. She is also listed in the Registers of Partitioners and Mediators of the Barcelona Bar Association.

She is an authorized translator and interpreter of German.
She has been a member of the Association of Spanish-German Jurists since 1995 and of the association Mikk e V since 2012.

She is a specialist in civil, family and inheritance law as well as penitentiary law, procedural law, international private law and communitarian and international procedural law.

Since 1995 she has collaborated with the Langen (Frankfurt am Main) notary and solicitor Andreas Padberg.

Rubén has a degree in law from the University of Barcelona (1986).

He has been a practicing solicitor since 1986.

He has specialist training in society law, inheritance law, tax law, economic management and company labor law.

He has twenty five years’ experience in legal management of judicial procedures in civil, commercial, penal and labor law, and in litigation services.

He has been involved as a secretary and assessor of administration councils in many commercial societies.

He has also been involved as a trustee in the drawing up of inventories, liquidation, and the sharing out of inheritance and estates.

He has been an assessor in joint ownership and estates.

He has also worked on the planning and tax management of companies and estates and assisted in inspections.

He is a director of Bufet Redon, a professional firm specializing in providing management advice for companies, professionals and self-employed people.

He is a director of Assessoria Empresarial Adviser, a professional firm of advocates offering legal advice and litigation services.

He has joined Pau Claris Advocats, where the legal specialties of the advocates that make up the firm are closely co-ordinated and there is broad collaboration with a network of solicitors and legal firms in other Spanish cities, the European Union, and America.
